The Products offered for sale on this website at www.fdm-nature.com constitute the offer of Fleurs du Monde, which reserves the right to modify its collection at any time and to change the list and ranges of Products.
The photos of the Products presented on our site are not contractual, however, we offer images that faithfully reflect the quality and size of the products.

Fleurs du Monde offers the sale of its Products on the website www.fdm-nature.com to consumers with the legal capacity to place an order (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer"). Fleurs du Monde cannot be required to verify the legal capacity of each Customer.
The sale price of the Products indicated in euros is the price in force at the time the order is placed. These prices do not include shipping costs, which are invoiced in addition to the price of the Products purchased according to the terms and conditions defined below and as indicated to the Customer prior to the validation of the order. The prices include the value added tax applicable on the day of the order.
The offers presented by Fleurs du Monde are valid as long as they are advertised on the site and within the limit of available stocks. Information on the availability of Products is provided at the time the order is placed.
Fleurs du Monde allows you to order directly on the www.fdm-nature.com website, in order to better satisfy you.
Payment is made via Paypal or Paybox, secure payment systems. The Customer has the possibility of checking the details of his order and correcting any errors. From the moment the Customer confirms his order by clicking on the icon REGLER - Order with payment obligation, he is considered to have accepted with full knowledge of the facts the contents and conditions of the order and in particular the present Terms of Sale, prices, volumes, characteristics, quantities and delivery times of the Products .
The sale shall be final at the time of confirmation of the order by the Customer, without prejudice to the Customer's exercise of his right of withdrawal (the terms and conditions of which are described below). This order will be confirmed by Fleurs du Monde by sending an e-mail to the Customer containing all the information previously provided, to which the withdrawal form will be attached.
In the event of an error in entering the email address concerned, or non-receipt of the order confirmation email, Fleurs du Monde cannot be held liable.
Fleurs du Monde will then be entitled to collect the full price corresponding to the order.
Place of delivery
Fleurs du Monde livre les colis de Produits en France métropolitaine (Corse et Monaco inclus) et en Europe.
Les Produits seront envoyés à l'adresse de livraison que le Client aura indiquée au cours du processus de commande. La participation aux frais de livraison s'entend toutes taxes comprises (TTC).
Le délai maximum de livraison est de 8 jours ouvrés à compter de la confirmation de la commande.
A titre d'information, et sans que Fleurs du Monde ne soit liée par ce délai, à partir de la réception de l'e- mail de confirmation d'expédition le délai moyen de livraison est estimé à 5 jours.
For the delivery of your order, Fleurs du Monde offers you delivery by traditional postal service, according to the scales in force at the time of the order, taking into account the total weight of the goods.
The parcel is delivered directly into the letterbox at the delivery address.
In the event that the letterbox is insufficient in size, the parcel is delivered either to the recipient of the order or, failing this, and at the initiative of La Poste, to any other person present at the address who agrees to take delivery (a neighbour, a caretaker or concierge). In this case, the contact details of the latter will be indicated on a notice given in the letterbox at the address indicated. If the parcel could not be delivered in accordance with the terms and conditions set out above, a notice will be left by La Poste in the addressee's letterbox indicating the contact details of the Post Office where the addressee will be able to collect the parcel within 14 calendar days. If the addressee does not collect the parcel within the time limits indicated by the postal services, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and the return costs will be invoiced to the Customer. The Products ordered will either be refunded or returned.
In the event of a dispute relating to the delivery itself, the computer system (flashage) of La Poste will be taken as proof unless the Customer provides proof to the contrary.
In the event of late delivery (delivery exceeding 30 days), the Customer may instruct Fleurs du Monde to make the delivery within a reasonable additional period. If Fleurs d'Alep has not carried out the order within this period, the Customer has the right to cancel the order, unless Fleurs du Monde has carried out the order in the meantime or if this delay in delivery is the result of a case of force majeure (for example: strikes, accidents, riots, fire, etc. constituting unforeseeable and irresistible events).
Cancellation of the order can be made by :

- When the order is cancelled, Fleurs du Monde will reimburse the Customer for the totality of the sums paid, at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which the contract was cancelled. In the event of delay, the sum paid by the Customer will be automatically increased by 10% if the refund is made within thirty days of this term, by 20% up to sixty days and by 50% thereafter.
Payments on the www.fdm-nature.com website are made via Paypal and Paybox.
At the time of each order, the Customer will be redirected to one of these secure platforms where a summary of his order will be displayed. The Customer may then opt for payment by credit card or payment via these accounts. Once the transaction has been carried out by the Customer on the Paypal or paybox site, he will be redirected to the www.fdm-nature.com site where his order will be recorded. A confirmation email will then be sent to him/her.
Fleurs du Monde reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery in the event of non-payment by the Customer, a payment incident and/or fraud in the use of the site or the means of payment chosen by the Customer.
Fleurs du Monde is committed to the proper execution of the obligations resulting from the contract. However, Fleurs du Monde may exonerate itself from all or part of its responsibility by providing proof that the non-execution or poor execution of the contract is attributable either to the Customer, or to the unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure (for example: strikes, accidents, riots, fire, etc. constituting unforeseeable and irresistible events).
Nor can Fleurs du Monde be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage resulting from the use of the Internet network.
It is the moment when the Client or a third party designated by him, and other than the carrier proposed by the professional, takes physical possession of these goods that any risk of loss or damage to the goods is transferred.

Availability of products
We do our best to ensure product availability. Product offers are valid as long as they are announced on the site and within the limit of available stocks.
Indications on the availability of Products are provided to the Customer at the time of ordering. If a Product in the order is not available at the time of preparation, Fleurs du Monde will automatically send an email to the Customer. The Customer will then be able to :
- Replace the Product that is out of stock with a Product of the same amount.
- Receive the remainder of your order without the Product that is out of stock, the amount will then be deducted from the total amount of the order and will not be invoiced to the Customer.
- Cancel the entire order.
Legal Product Warranties
Fleurs du Monde complies with all its legal guarantee obligations such as the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L211-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and the guarantee for hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code. In the event of a lack of conformity (goods that are unfit for the use usually expected of similar goods, that do not correspond to the description given by the seller or that do not possess the qualities announced by the seller or agreed with you) or hidden defects (hidden defects in the thing sold that make it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which so diminish this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would only have given a lower price for it, if he had known about them) of the product and in compliance with the conditions laid down by law, you must address your complaint in advance to :

In the event of a lack of conformity, Fleurs du Monde will replace the Product with the same or an equivalent product. The replacement will be carried out within a maximum of 1 month from receipt of the Product.
Returns and exchanges
For a return or an exchange Fleurs du Monde invites the Customer to contact Customer Service who will indicate the procedure to follow and issue a return form to be completed.
Return under the right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from this contract without giving reasons within fourteen calendar days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the Products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Fleurs du Monde, 20 rue Henri Goudier, 63200 Riom or by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. letter sent by post, or e-mail).
In order for the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for the Customer to transmit his communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. In the event that the Customer withdraws from this contract, Fleurs du Monde will reimburse all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from the fact that the Customer has chosen, where applicable, a method of delivery other than the cheaper standard delivery method offered by Fleurs du Monde) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen calendar days from the day on which Fleurs du Monde was informed of the decision to withdraw from this contract. Fleurs du Monde will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment as that which the Customer used for the initial transaction. The Customer must return the entire order to the following address: Fleurs du Monde, 20 rue Henri Goudier, 63200 Riom without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen calendar days after the Customer has communicated his decision to withdraw from this contract, this deadline is deemed to have been met if the Customer returns the Products before the expiry of the fourteen day period.
Your Opinions on our Products
Fleurs du Monde undertakes to publish the testimonials posted on the Site subject to compliance with the following moderation criteria: Fleurs du Monde reserves the right not to publish messages that are incomprehensible, outrageous, defamatory, malicious, racist or unrelated to the products concerned. Furthermore, Fleurs du Monde reserves the right to modify the length, spelling or certain terms of the testimonials for reasons of moderation or in order to improve the editorial coherence of the Site.
Persons posting a message grant Flowers of the World a right of use for the legal duration of the copyrights to reproduce, publish, translate and distribute their testimonial on all communication media.
